About Broadcasts
Regular Broadcast
Facebook policy blocks messages to users who have not sent a message to your page within the last 24 hours.
Broadcasts will only be delivered to users who have been active within that window.

Recurring Notifications
Once a user opts in, broadcasts can be delivered to them at any time — no 24-hour restriction.

How to use Recurring Notifications
- Click Opt-in on an individual subscriber, or Request Opt-in All to send to everyone
- The user receives an opt-in card in Messenger and clicks to agree
- Their status updates to ACTIVE
- All future broadcasts are automatically delivered via their notification token — no 24h limit
